WISH’s ESS was created to give power in the hands of employee and give them the power to connect with you at the own time and place. This also allows you to save your time dealing with employee generated paper and to get information in the hands of your employees in real-time.

ESS is also available as native App on Android and IOS platforms.

ESS uses a standard web page or smartphone/mobile browser for connectivity either inside or outside the venue. The employee simply logs onto the system and chooses from available options including:

  • Home Screen – View a department message or individual employee message based upon date ranges after successful login
  • View schedules - Check scheduled times and dates in a calendar or list format and print the list format to any printer
  • Availability – Easily update standard availability and enter daily exceptions as needed
  • Self-schedule – Apply for available shifts based upon skill set and optionally self-schedule to open shifts
  • My Information – Update demographic information that will queue to HR for approval and direct upload to the employee master file and approve text message contact
  • View Training – Verify training that has been taken and review any licenses, verify training that is expiring and sign up for schedule training classes or web enabled content
  • View Documents – Read and optionally print documents that have been uploaded for a specific department or employee, optional read receipt
  • View Messages – Read messages that have been uploaded for
  • Approve hours – Review and approve hours that have been approved by a manager or supervisor through WISH or the MSS
  • Time Entry – Optional employee manual time card entry

The system is designed to allow each department the ability to enable or disable any or all of the ESS options individually. ESS updates are “live”, consequently employee information is kept up to date and accurate, saving venue managers and schedulers countless manual clerical hours.
